WHY THE 3M YOGA METHOD?

 

The benefits of Movement in the form of Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation are profound. They all aim to quiet and still the mind, in order to cultivate a deeper connection to and understanding of the self. They teach you to tune into your breath, pay attention to any sensations going on within the body, and enable us to stay in this present moment.

 

HOW IT WORKS

 

Mindfulness and Meditation are beautifully blended into each session to allow us to connect breath to movement, thus becoming a moving meditation. When we move mindfully and with grace, we allow ourselves to feel each and every movement. We notice what is happening inside our bodies, the physical literal sensations and we promote that circuitry of internal listening to allow us to fully awaken our senses. When we are fully present in our practice, we slow down the mind, which with modern-day life tends to swirl around and runs away into anywhere but now. Reconvening back to a calmer state of living and enhancing mental health and wellbeing.
